Return Policy

You can return or exchange your shoe size within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The return cost is €4.5.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process

The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery and unused. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
